We've been busy here with Wilderness First Responders classes but our first Alaska course recently wrapped up. We instructed a Denali prep course on the Matanuska Glacier. Guides Melis Coady and Dustin Eroh led four students on a custom mountaineering course to help prepare them for a Denali climb later in the season. The temperatures were cold...below minus 30...good experience for their expedition.
