They May 15 AMS Denali West Buttress Team led by Guide Noah Ronczkowski moved to 7,800' this morning and enjoyed setting up camp and resting this afternoon under sunny skies. Tomorrow they will carry some of their food, fuel and gear upwards and cache it to retrieve again in a few days.
We update the AMS blog whenever we hear from guides and instructors reporting from the field. Some staff call in more frequently than others. No news is good news and indicates all is going according to plan. We will do our best to keep those who want to be up to date, up to date.
