AMS June 8 Team led by Guide Larry Holmgren and team flew to the Kahiltna Basecamp today. Claudia and Tomas were very organized and prepared for the expedition. Gear check and Denali skills review went quickly. The team had just a little time to read and relax before heading to the airport for an ealier than scheduled departure in the Alaska Range to begin their Denali expedtion.
We update the AMS blog whenever we hear from guides and instructors reporting from the field. Some staff call in more frequently than others. No news is good news and indicates all is going according to plan. We will do our best to keep those who want to be up to date, up to date.
