Yesterday afternoon at 5:15 p.m., our May 25 Expedition Guide Cody Pitz , with Jenny, Nareg, Alex, and Eric, stood on the summit of North America's highest peak. Guides Joe and Nicole, along with Heather and Kat, helped this crew get to this day.
The team is safely back at the 17,000-foot-high camp, resting, and will descend the mountain back to base camp soon.
Heather and Guide Nicole De Petris are heading to high camp today! After resting another day, they are looking forward to moving to 17,000 ft., where they will be working with another team for a summit attempt in the near future.
