The June 2nd Expedition, led by Simon Frez-Albrecht and Claire Pennell: Today they will make a carry of their gear up the fixed lines from 15,200 to 16,400 feet. No more sleds; it's all on your back now.
The June 8th Expedition led by Tate Hughes, Emma Russell, and Nick Bakken-French: The team did well moving to the 11K camp. They are settled into their home for the next two days. At this elevation they switch from snowshoes to crampons as they get ready for the upper mountain.
